Like many New Hampshire surfers, I learned to surf on a foreign made, tri fin longboard. It was fun at first but I was soon fed up with it's light weight being unable to cut through chop, cheap glass job, and overall lack of soul. I started researching how longboards used to be made in California and Hawaii in the longboard heyday of the 1960's where heavy glass jobs, custom resin tints and glassed-on fins were the norm. I wanted to start making boards between 9-10 feet that paid homage to their predecessors in design, style, and quality but also had modern features that work well on New England breaks.
Now I make custom longboards that are more durable, easy to ride, and stylish than popouts that sells for hundreds more in your local surf shop. They're all made by hand, from start to finish, using better materials than most major manufacturers.
Send me an email and we can design a board that suits your age, weight, style, and surf break. Board colors, custom tints, and fin design can all be customized for you.
